How do I place an order?

To place an order, kindly send us a DM on Instagram (@HustobClothier), WhatsApp us at +1 825-785-1471, or email us at hustobkoncepts@gmail.com. All orders are handled by appointment only, and we will guide you through the measurement, fabric selection, and style confirmation process.

Do you offer ready-to-wear items?

At the moment, Hustob Clothier specializes in custom-made outfits tailored to your measurements and preferences. However, we occasionally release limited ready-to-wear pieces. Stay tuned on our social media pages for updates.

How long does it take to make a custom outfit?

Custom orders typically take 7–14 business days to complete, depending on design complexity and fabric availability. Rush orders may be available at an extra cost.

Do you offer styling consultations?

Yes! We offer free style consultations to help you choose the right fabric, cut, and design that suits your personal style and the occasion. Consultations can be done virtually or in person (by appointment).

Do you ship outside Edmonton?

All shipped items come with a tracking number.

What happens if my outfit doesn’t fit?

We offer one free alteration within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible. Additional alterations may attract a small fee.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Custom orders: Final sale; cannot be returned or exchanged.
Ready-to-wear items: Returns or exchanges accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
