Production Time

• Custom Orders: 7–14 business days, depending on fabric availability and design complexity.
• Rush Orders: Available at an additional fee, depending on workload and requirements.
• Alterations: 3–5 business days per adjustment.

Shipping & Delivery

• Local Delivery (Edmonton): 1–3 business days after production completion. Pickup by appointment.
• Canada-Wide Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch via Canada Post or courier.
• International Shipping: Available on request; rates & timelines vary by destination.
• Tracking: A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Not responsible for carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

• Custom Orders: Final sale; non-returnable.
• Alterations: One free alteration within 7 days of pickup/delivery; additional alterations incur a fee.
• Ready-to-Wear Items: Returns or exchanges accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused items in original condition; customer pays return shipping.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours of receipt for repair, replacement, or refund.

Refund Policy

• Custom Orders: No refunds once production starts. Partial refunds may be issued on deposits if work has not commenced.
• Ready-to-Wear Items: Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days after item inspection.
• Deposits: Non-refundable after 48 hours.
